The offer for an oil change in this garage from your website was 999 dkk. In reality, they've charged me 1.536 dkk. And this was not due to the extra liters of oil they needed to use. It is 2,9 liters that my car only needs and the offer included up to 4 liters. So, what's the point of all these offers then?

On Thursday I came to do air conditioner service, as I was planning to drive 1,5 hours on Saturday. Today is the Saturday. I just got back home. It was only +22 today, but I simply BOILED in my car, as the AC worked exactly the same as before the service. NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. (I know this car can do better, as I've had it for 4 years - the AC always worked well after service). I mean, if there were any major issues in the AC, a professional garage would at least inform the client about it. But they obviously didn't even check the result of their work (if they had actually done any). 775 dkk were just thrown away. My absolutely worst garage experience in Denmark.
