I would like to open a complain about an experience that I had, Friday the 1st of december.
I have been informed via adbutler platform that I need to bring my car at 7:00 AM at Apex Auto in Rødøvre. I get with the car at 7:00 and enter the office building of Apex Auto and the person inside informs me that they only open at 8:00 and I tried to explain that my booking is at 8:00
Then he says that there is a problem with autobutler system that is booking wrongly customers 1 hour prior to the service official opening time.
I decide to go home and come back at 8 (basically lost 1 hour)
I come back and after they mount the tires, while driving I realise they did not check the air pressure and was shocked to see it was below 1.8 and one wheel even below 1 bars - car was going right and had to keep the steering wheel straight.
Wanted to ask you if this is normal when a service mounts the tires - isn t their responsibility to check the wheel pressure or should we put the driver into a risk of collision or accident?
In the end adding air in a wheel is free.
Quite disspointing
